Ja-vies are a unique patent-pending shoe made of soft knit "sock" and jelly outsole. The width is more flexible/pliable vs. traditional leather shoes, but the length does not stretch out. The shoe will hold its shape over time, and is not expected to stretch out overtime.

Ja-vie flats are machine washable! Instructions are as follows:

(1) Remove leather insoles.

(2) Rinse shoes with cold water.

(3) Place shoes in delicates bag and toss in washing machine. Launder in cold setting.

(4) Remove shoes from delicates bag and air dry.

(5) When shoes are dry, re-insert leather insoles.

Note: leather insoles are NOT washable and should be removed before laundering the flats. We will offer replacement insoles in the near future!

  • Merchandise is unworn and in the same condition that you received it. (We understand that you need to try them on for look, fit, and comfort, but please ensure to do so only on clean indoor floors. Thank you!)
  • Merchandise is in its original packaging.
  • Merchandise can be returned within 30 days.
  • If your purchase is past 30 days and you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email customercare@ja-vie.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

  • Please include your name, mailing address, email address, and order number so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase.
  • You will receive a FedEx return label via email.

  • Print out the label and affix it to the box. Remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
  • Drop your box off at any authorized FedEx shipping center.
  • Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. It may take up to a week or two before your refund is officially posted to your credit card.
  • For exchanges, your new item will be shipped via standard ground once your returned have been received.

FREE standard shipping within the US on orders of $48 and up, calculated after all coupons have been applied to the order.

  • Standard Shipping ($3.95): 5-9 Business days. Orders below $48 within the US are $3.95 for standard shipping..
  • USPS Priority shipping ($8.00): 3-5 business days. USPS Priority shipping is available at a flat rate of $8.00.
  • FedEx 2 Day ($25): 2-3 business days. FedEx 2 Day shipping is available for a flat rate of $25.
