What if the item I wanted is out of stock?

If the item you wanted is out of stock, there is a green "Notify Me" button that would pop up on the left hand side. Please sign up for the alert and be the first to know when the item is back in stock.

Will my Ja-vie stretch?

Ja-vies are a unique patent-pending shoe made of soft knit "sock" and jelly outsole. The width is more flexible/pliable vs. traditional leather shoes, but the length does not stretch out. The shoe will hold its shape over time, and is not expected to stretch out overtime.

How do I care for my Ja-vie?

Ja-vie flats are machine washable! Instructions are as follows:

(1) Remove leather insoles.

(2) Rinse shoes with cold water.

(3) Place shoes in delicates bag and toss in washing machine. Launder in cold setting.

(4) Remove shoes from delicates bag and air dry.

(5) When shoes are dry, re-insert leather insoles.

Note: leather insoles are NOT washable and should be removed before laundering the flats. We will offer replacement insoles in the near future!

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We want you to Love your Ja-vie flats as much as we do! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us for a full refund.

Here's What we ask:

  • Merchandise is unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Merchandise is in its original packaging.
  • Merchandise can be returned within 30 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • To start your return, please email natalie@ja-vie.com for instructions.
  • If your purchase is past 30 days and you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email natalie@ja-vie.com.
How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. It may take up to a week or two before your refund is officially posted to your credit card.

How much is shipping?

FREE SHIPPING on U.S. Orders $100 and up, $5.95 for U.S. Orders $99 and Under!

  • We partner with Amazon for fulfillment services, USPS or UPS is used for delivery.
  • Shipping time is 5-10 business days (depending on location).
  • Please note we cannot cancel orders once placed as they are automatically submitted to Amazon for fulfillment.
  • If 2 or more pairs are ordered, Amazon may ship in separate packages and delivery can be a day or two apart.
