Ja-vies are standard European sizing, which run smaller than US sizing. Because they are whole sizes only, they may translate differently to US sizing. For best fit, please reference sizing chart on the top menu bar. We do recommend sizing up if you are a half size or have wider feet.

Machine Washable. Remove leather insoles and place shoe in laundry bag. Wash on cold water setting in laundry machine and hang dry (Do not dry in dryer). Re-insert the insoles and your shoes are good to go!

Long Beach, CA 90808-1702 - Print out the label and affix it to the box. Remove any old shipping labels and seal your box completely.
- Drop your box off at any authorized FedEx shipping center.
- Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card. It may take up to a week or two before your refund is officially posted to your credit card.
- For exchanges, your new item will be shipped via standard ground once your returned have been received.
